Transactional emails (registration, password reset) don't count against the alert quota. File attachments have no storage quota; single files up to 20 MB. 7-day full refund, no questions asked.

FAQ

Can I use Equip-CMMS together with another product line?

No. The three product lines are mutually exclusive — one account subscribes to one line at a time. To switch, cancel your current subscription and purchase the other line.

What happens when a device is retired?

Retired devices automatically stop generating maintenance reminders, and their history remains available for reporting.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Creation of new records is blocked, but you keep read-only access to your history. See the Terms of Service for the data retention policy.
