Admins (owner / team admin)

Create and assign tasks, manage project groups, view reports and export data.

Auditors

Read-only access to task data. Cannot edit, delete or import/export.

Tasks are created and assigned by administrators; field workers execute offline and don't need system accounts. Reminder emails go to administrators and team leads — not to frontline workers.

FAQ

Can I use Task-Pulse together with another product line?

No. The three product lines are mutually exclusive — one account subscribes to one line at a time. To switch, cancel your current subscription and purchase the other line.

Do workers need accounts?

No. Administrators create and assign tasks; workers receive instructions offline. Reminder emails go to administrators and team leads only.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Creation of new records is blocked, but you keep read-only access to your history. See the Terms of Service for the data retention policy.
